Western Dental - Worst experience from reception to the dispute dept
Me: no Ins. sever jaw pain.
Them: took me in within 30 min.
Me: word injection ever!!! Room was half storage unit.
Them: DDS was confused about where he was going, nice man but not a skilled professional approach.
Me: serious abscess, emergent root canal, abt with a "Real DDS" NOT WD.
Them: sent a bill
me: call to dispute, disconnection, pass the buck, disconnection. Rude not concerned about the patient.
DON'T DO IT. FIND A REAL DDS!
An abscess can be life threatening.
still waiting for a resolution. They will snail mail an acknowledgement of dispute, and it can take 30 days.
