Western Dental made my two sons spend two hours in the lobby and one hour in the dental chair. I was waiting for them in the lobby.
I asked to the receptionist for my sons and she said my sons will be out in fifteen minutes. After forty minutes my sons were still inside, I decide to get in and look for my sons and they had not got even the dental service they were waiting for.
And also they charge to my insurance and myself for the service no received. I canceled my personal check and they charged me overdraft.
