I went to this same office in sept. to have a filling redone.
I gave them all of my insurance information and told them to send me a bill for the copay. when I received the bill it was for the entire amount. I had to call them at least twice a week to re-give them my insurance info so they could "contact my insurance". They never returned my calls week after week to give me any updates.
Finally I spoke with a manager and told them that it had already been two months since the dental work and I wasn't going to call to check on them anymore. Four months later the billing office called to tell me that I owed money.
I now have a new job with new dental insurance, therefor I am stuck with the bill.
