I went to this same office in sept.to have a filling redone.

I gave them all of my insurance information and told them to send me a bill for the copay. when I received the bill it was for the entire amount. I had to call them at least twice a week to re-give them my insurance info so they could "contact my insurance". They never returned my calls week after week to give me any updates.

Finally I spoke with a manager and told them that it had already been two months since the dental work and I wasn't going to call to check on them anymore. Four months later the billing office called to tell me that I owed money.

I now have a new job with new dental insurance, therefor I am stuck with the bill.

If you had valid insurance at the time of your treatment they will cover you for that treamtent EVEN IF YOU NO LONGER HAVE THAT INSURANCE PLAN.If your insurance was active, get the information on your treatment, call your insurance company and request what you need to personally submit a claim.

Pay Western Dental, get reimbursed by the insurance company.It's pretty simple.
