The worst dental office myself & my husband went since Dec.15, 2012 to June 01, 2013. Office manager ( Eddi ) made too many mistakes - from our dental policy to billing policy and to customer service.
Office manager do not have management skills, made patients angry, always forcing patients to do this & that which are not necessary so as to claim from the insurance, accused patients of not paying the co-payments when patients were offered to pay installments, likes to argue to patients, very inknowledgeable, duplicate billing, threw patients out the door.
The installment offered to me, I decided to pay off ($181.00) instantly and walked out the main door. I reported to my insurance company about the office manager.
