Western Dental - Bad service

I went in for my appointment and when i checked in they told me it was moved for two weekes later. I asked why they didnt call me and they couldn't give me an answer nor apologize for the inconvenience. I was extremely frustrated because my husband and i lost time off work today and they didn't even ask if the new date was fine.

Western Dental - Bad experience

Western Dental - The worst Dental ever!!!!

Two messages to be reminded of 5:00 pm appt. I personaly called one day before to confirm appt@ 5:00pm with two different staff. Yes appt is at 5:00pm. I show up to my appt. There is no appt. Your appt was at 4:30pm. Got home and there was another message that the appt. was @ 4:00pm. This is ridiculous, unacceptable, unprofessional and Waste of time. Total of 4 messages conforming the appt. Sadly to say, staff don't. Care for their patients!

The world is waiting time and never leave it to keep you for a couple hours after that to tell you can you reschedule or you want to stay As soon as they charge the medical card they say if you want to go in next schedule someone should take a nap and probably be charging people for no reason
