Im a minister,& a senior Help !!!!!Western Dental sent me 1 bill , i paid the requested payment .I did not receive another bill for.

6 months , i called to make a payment & inquire about my balance and was told that I had 5 months of latr fees. They manipulated me , were aggressive on the phone and would not budge . I requested copies of the bills without success. They requested mandatory automatic payments to stop additional penalties .

I requested to speak to a suprrvisor and he said hr was the boss. I kept calling back and was referred to thr same bully .

Now , again , no statements and my small bill is more than triple .Please advise , God Bless

your senior it is against the law for them to exploit you you can sew them under the law code section 368 tell them you are a victim of financial exploitation

Thank you very , very much .Recently i contacted Consumer Affairs in Sacramento,California.

I spoke with a lady who gave me a phone number to Western Dental corporate office.She said to give them her name , her phone number and to tell them that she knows my situation and to speak to a supervisor as a last effort to resolve it. If they dont fix it, i am to call this lady back and she will call Western Dental for me .

I will also consult with legal aid to see if they will write them a letter citing the code you provided me .Again thank you very much and God bless you
