HORRIBLE!I took my 11 year old daughter to get braces at the Desert Sky location in Phoenix, AZ.

3 hours after they put her braces on, 3 of her brackets fell off. The office staff consist of a bunch of high school girls who are extremely rude and unprofessional (short of popping bubble gum in your face) they will literally stand around giggling and talking about their weekend as your waiting to be helped. We had issues with scheduling, the person in charge of scheduling put my daughter in as an adjustment instead of a repair and we were told they didn't have time to fix her broken brackets due to the mistake and to just come back on her next appointment (1month later!!) we showed up at her scheduled appointment and were told she could not be seen because they needed her annual checkup paperwork from her dentist, which they did not mention when they called to confirm her appointment. We asked to cancel our contract after only 1 month due to the never-ending issues we've had.

We paid through CareCredit and we were told we could cancel the treatment and be reimbursed for the unused balance.Now I'm looking forward to dealing with their billing dept which have had HORRIBLE reviews until we get reimbursed the unused balance.
