i had a horrible exoeriance they overcharged me i went to offie they said they fixed it then the billing department said i owed a large amount which i didnt they said if i didnt pay they would take me to court and on top of that he said im behind on my payments which i was not but he treated me awfull and for what ? all of that was thier bad communication between office and billing department they dont know what they are doing it took me a month to finally get this straight going back and forth to thier office not even an apology was given how horrible customer service i need to keep checking my bill they like to overcharge you if your not keeping track
