My girlfriend has tried to see a specialist for the past 3 appointments. 2 In Ceres, Ca and 1 in Tracy, Ca.

Each time she was told the specialist would be there. Only to find out he had called in. That wasn't his day. Ect...

She even called twice to verify the specialist would be in Tracy because of the last two appointments. Once again, this time after driving an hour and a half to make it to where it was a sure thing. The specialist was not here again.

This is a joke. How on earth can you not know what's going on!

There are PLENTY of good general dentists and specialists in California. Too many, in fact. So why did you insist on going to this crappy corporate chain clinic?
