Paid off contract in 10 months balance was $2800. On March 3rd Western Dental requested a credit of $350 which was given to them due to automatic pay i made with them and thought would end once contract was paid in full.

It's been 9 mos now since i let the corporate and Fresno Ca office know of the overpayment they caused and keep being told refund will been received in 10 buiness days or 2 months or ask for business manager but is not in yet at a meeting lunch helping out due to specials that day or they will call me back.

Have never received a return call nor refund yet and still getting told Fresno office is one to handle matter, they tell me Corporate office is one to handle matter. Anyone been through this?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
