In 2015 I had root canal and special snap-on's created. I was charged for the whole process, but later when I got a statement of what I had done, there was a $601 credit balance.

When I returned in 2018 for more work, the credit balance was gone and I was told "good luck getting that money back". At which point I decided to cancel everything and walked away. My insurance company did reimbursed them for consult and x-rays. Not other services were provided.

But, they still want me to pay for services I never received. I was told by the billing person in the office I got my services a few weeks after the initial consult that she was cancelling the whole thing and not to worry. Apparently, this was not true either. I do have documentation to support everything I have said, and will provide it to the appropriate agency when requested.

Am going to see what I can to get them to do to change their name again. Angry
