My husband has been a patient for 3 months, and he pays as he goes. He was given the option to pay as he goes or all up front with a 10% discount.
He chose to pay as he went, and has paid each time. Within 30 days of beginning the "Western Dental" adventure the corporate office started calling and demanding money. The office manager has spoken to them and tried to explain to them that "they" are incorrect.
If anyone is thinking about having work at Western Dental THINK AGAIN IT IS A NIGHTMARE. I think the corporate office hires $10.00 help, and they are hired if they are rude!!
