Western Dental - Mad about billing
I have had problems with billing doing their job twice since December. I had auto pay and they did not present for payment my account according to my bank.
Then they call me and want me to fix it. I have overdraft protection even, no excuse on their part. They also wanted to charge me a late charge. Then i find out they charged me more than our agreement because i pay cash $131.
I called in regards to this and said i wasnt paying the extra so the guy took it off of autopay again. I told him that was not what i wanted, twice.
So now they want me to fix it again. If i have to do their job, i want paid for it.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
