Paid $500.00 day of service.Paid 141.00 two weeks later.

I asked to be billed for remaining $141.00 in two weeks. They agreed. Instead they took out the last payment three days later instead of the two weeks. so I had an unexpected double payment.

I never received any paperwork or statements. I went online and now they say they have no record of my email and I was never given an I.D.#. So there's no way to get into my account. Unfortunately, they still have my card on file and I'm hoping they don't charge me again for the two week payment they've already deducted.

Whatever company is doing their billing, Western Dental should get rid of them.Looks like a stop payment or cancellation of credit card is in order Extremely disappointed
